Sometimes faster if Freya isn't sitting on the laptop.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
Your order is printed on demand and usually dispatched within 
2–3 business days. Delivery within Germany takes another 
2–3 days. EU-wide 3–5 days. You'll receive tracking by email 
the moment it ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Not happy with your order? Write to us within 30 days of 
delivery and we'll make it right — exchange, store credit, 
or full refund. No drama, no complicated forms.

SIZING
Each product page has a detailed size guide. Our pieces run 
true to size with a classic fit. Size up if you prefer a 
more relaxed, vintage drape.

PERSONALISATION
Want your dog's name on a design? We're working on it. 
Write to us and we'll let you know as soon as it's available.
